Unite with Art is a national series of art auctions to benefit the global UNICEF initiative, Unite for Children, Unite against AIDS. The inaugural Unite with Art – Auction and Gala event was held in Vancouver on Sat, June 21st, 2008. It was a fabulous evening of art and advocacy that featured 70+ works of art from internationally renowned artists such as Tiko Kerr, Chris Jordan and Fred Herzog. Unite with Art Vancouver raised $275,000 – 100% of the proceeds will be donated towards the campaign. The next Unite with Art is scheduled for Toronto in 2009.
